Fluid Movement
Using Continuum
April 6, 2008

Introduction to Fluid Movement using Continuum, by Frank. In Continuum, we refer to this entirety as a fluid system and recognize its essential and ancestral role in healing, movement and fundamental wisdom. We invoke the fluid system internally by creating a mix of interpenetrating cues and signals. These signals become wave motions that are carried through the watery substances of the body, softening our defenses and arousing the life force in the matrix of every tissue, bone and cell. By amplifying wave motion through movement, our entire body resonates as a fluid, vital whole.
We watched a documentary on Continuum on March 16, 2008

The Song of Songs

Sunday April 13, 2007

Song of Songs is an Emmy nominated documentary film series on a topic that virtually all of us spend much of our lives trying to find, maintain, or rekindle...romantic love.

If we are so fascinated by love, why is it so difficult to make a relationship last? Experts like Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen Fisher speak on this topic along with people who have made relationships work, like the filmmaker's grandparents who have just celebrated their 60th anniversary.

This sweet film reminds us of our true inner nature: one that is inspired and nourished by love.
