Michael Cunningham                                   Yoga Teacher Training Fall 2009

I can’t believe I have made it! I am amazed by how much I improved, in term of the construction of the asanas, appreciation of this ancient science, my views toward many thing in daily life, and how happy and contented I was is the pass four months.

Taking this training is one the best thing I did for myself, as the training is approaching the end, I will not view this as an end but as the beginning of the new phase of my yoga path, which I only "scratch the surface"; the beginning of the friendships with my classmates, and the new vision of life!

I am very fortunate to have the chance to learn yoga from the different Gurus, Swami Bua's, Didiji Mokshapriya, Marianne and Dr. Andujar. At the beginning of the training I was confused with the different ways of styles and teachings, but as I progress along the training, I slowly begin to understand, and hopefully, in the future, I can incorporate both styles into my practice and teaching.

I enjoyed every minute in the class on the teaching and discussion of the philosophy of yoga, astonished at Marianne's precision on the construction and technique of the poses, and benefited with Dr. Andujar's knowledge as a medical doctor and yogi.

Most sincere thanks to all my teachers, Marianne, Didiji Mokshapriya, Dr. Miguel Andujar, Kumar, Sandy and everyone who was in the class during the training.

"Inhale, lift and extend the front of the body", I draw the breath in, lift and open my heart and exhale with maximum love and compassion; I am ready to face anything in life!
