Hip Openers
Karma Yoga - Bhagavat Gita
May 24, 2008
Queens: 9 a.m - 6 p.m.

The pelvis, lower back and hips create the foundation and the structure that supports the upper body.
Working with the hips can help to release tension, unblock energy and increase mobility of the lower back and pelvis, reducing stiffness or pain.
A sequence of postures will help you to accomplish this, bringing you to a new level of comfort.

Karma yoga is the most important part of the Gita. It is the art of action in this world. If we follow these ancient rules, we would succeed in all of our endeavors.
